Julie is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2012 following her graduation from Columbia University’s highly ranked NP program. She’s a lifelong caretaker with an extensive background in health care ranging from work in emergency services, urgent care, college health and sexual/reproductive health. During her time in college health, Julie realized just how poor and limited gender-affirming care was which led her to helping to launch and lead True U. She is dedicated and passionate about providing competent, compassionate gender-affirming care and increasing access to care through technology and innovation, and considers her work at True U to be the most rewarding of her career. Nat is a non-binary family nurse practitioner who received their Master of Science in Nursing and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, KY. They bring healthcare experience from a variety of settings, including hospital-based acute care, oncology, and office-based primary care.
